Originally introduced in 1979 as an indoor handball shoe, this version of the Spezial maintains its roots through retro-inspired design elements. For example, the sneaker boasts a T-shaped toebox and an upper constructed with premium materials. Although the base is made of smooth leather in Cream, the toebox features shaggy suede in Magic Beige. Other standout features include the leather serrated 3-Stripes logo on the side panels and ‘SPEZIAL’ printed on the lateral side in Metallic Gold. The sneaker boasts a gum rubber outsole that which provides traction without distracting from the neutral upper.
